Spider Logistics collects and processes data so we can pick up and deliver items efficiently, safely, and legally inside Kano and anywhere else we operate. We respect your privacy fully.

Information We Collect

  • Pickup and dropoff addresses
  • Delivery order history
  • Device and usage data (for app performance)
  • Real-time and background location data for riders and customers when using the app

Why We Collect It

  • to process pickup + delivery requests
  • to match you with available riders
  • to provide real-time location tracking of riders during delivery
  • to enable accurate pickup and dropoff navigation
  • to improve routes, speed and pricing
  • to prevent fraud and keep users safe

Location Data & Tracking

We collect location data from riders' devices both in foreground and background mode for the primary purpose of enabling real-time tracking, navigation, and accurate routing for pickups and deliveries. This information is only used for operational and safety functionality within the app and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Customers may see the live location of their assigned rider strictly for the duration of an active delivery task.

Riders can disable location access at any time in their device settings, but doing so may prevent the app from functioning correctly for delivery operations.

Who We Share Data With

Only when needed:

  • Verified riders fulfilling your job
  • Payment processors for transactions
  • Law enforcement if legally required

Your Rights

You can request, correct or delete your stored information at any time. You can also withdraw consent for data processing.
